We are Meisters Solutions, a digital development company that has been delivering innovative solutions for over 20 years. Our goal is to become an integral part of our clients' infrastructure, specializing in digital transformation, automation, and process integration.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the TECH, retail, and services sectors;
- Act as a facilitator to solve client demands and interface with internal areas;
- Conduct active prospecting and maintain up-to-date data in the CRM;
- Present services tailored to clients' needs and convey our differentials;
- Negotiate profitable and positive relationships for the company and its clients;
- Develop proposals and follow up with clients until closing;
- Participate in events to stay updated on trends, strengthen networking, and identify new business opportunities;
- Monitor negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Essential Requirements and Qualifications**

- Advanced English proficiency;
- University degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;
- Knowledge of the technology services market;
- Experience with SAP consultative sales and other technology areas;
