We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Cybersecurity Success Manager.
This position entails driving customer success in cybersecurity, strengthening relationships between our organization and clients across the region. The primary focus will be on ensuring successful adoption and optimization of Microsoft Security technologies, maximizing customer value through professional services and joint strategies with Microsoft, and building long-term relationships that lead to growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads and prospects interested in our cybersecurity services, conducting assessments to propose tailored solutions based on the Microsoft Security portfolio.
- Re-engage and expand relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive practices.
- Partner closely with Microsoft teams, executing joint initiatives and aligning with Microsoft's global Security strategy, representing our organization as a trusted cybersecurity partner within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Cybersecurity Focus
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Entra, Purview, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot, and related technologies, guiding customers in strengthening their security and compliance posture.
- Translate customer needs into actionable, security-focused outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and managing strategic customer and partner relationships in the Microsoft Partner Program ecosystem and/or being an MSP.
- Customer Success Management or Cybersecurity Consulting, ideally in professional services.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365 Defender, Entra, Purview, Intune, Sentinel, etc.).
- Excellent communication, consultative, and relationship management skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a remote, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.
