Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled YouTube strategist to craft compelling content that drives growth and qualified leads.

This is a direct response role using YouTube as the platform, combining educational and story-driven content with proven principles to guide viewers from watching to subscribing and converting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop structured video outlines to educate and engage viewers.
  • Balance channel growth with business outcomes, focusing on leads, bookings, and conversions.
  • Research competitors and audience pain points to guide video topics with high conversion potential.
  • Collaborate with designers to create optimized title and thumbnail variations.
  • Script content with strategic calls-to-action designed to funnel viewers into lead magnets or calls.
  • Use YouTube Analytics to analyze performance and refine content and conversion strategy.
  • Collaborate with editors to ensure content is engaging and high-converting.
Requirements:
  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Direct Response Expertise: 3+ years of experience writing/scripting for lead generation/sales.
  • YouTube Knowledge: Experience scripting/content strategy for YouTube channels.
  • Conversion-Oriented: Strong understanding of funnels, calls-to-action, lead generation, and nurturing via content.
  • Analytical: Comfortable using YouTube Analytics to track growth and conversion metrics.
  • Creative & Strategic: Ability to blend storytelling with direct response – making content that entertains, educates, and converts.
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines and adapting quickly.
  • Excellent cultural fit.
  • Excited to work closely with the founder and play a direct role in scaling revenue through YouTube.
Accountabilities:
  • Deliver high-quality YouTube outlines/scripts per month.
  • Work with designer to create title and thumbnail variations for each video.
  • Research and pitch weekly video concepts focused on lead generation and conversions.
  • Write strong calls-to-action into scripts.
  • Track performance across YouTube metrics and business metrics.
  • Refine and iterate content strategy to improve conversion rates.
  • Work with the founder on other video content.
