Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a VP of Food and Beverage Operations at Accor Hotels. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our food and beverage operations across the Americas region, driving growth, innovation, and excellence in every aspect of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and Enhance Food and Beverage Operations: Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance food and beverage operations across our existing portfolio of hotels and resorts in the Americas region.
  • Deploy Expertise to Food and Beverage Operations: Provide guidance and support to food and beverage operations in need, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and Support the Development and Opening of New Food and Beverage Operations: Collaborate with our development team and in-house F&B studio, Carte Blanched, to plan and execute the opening of new food and beverage operations, including menu development, design, implementation, feasibility, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our development team, operations team, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage operations and initiatives.
  • Ensure High Standards of Quality, Service, and Guest Satisfaction: Implement best practices and innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability, while ensuring high standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Implement Cost-Control Measures and Drive Revenue Growth: Analyze financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and drive revenue growth through innovative pricing strategies, menu engineering, and other initiatives.
  • Provide Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to property-level food and beverage teams, driving a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs to ensure consistent standards and practices across all food and beverage operations.
  • Manage Regional F&B Leadership Teams: Manage regional F&B leadership teams, setting clear objectives and performance metrics, and providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of food and beverage operations.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years' Experience in Food and Beverage Operations: Proven track record in senior leadership roles in food and beverage operations, with a strong understanding of multi-property and multi-outlet management and development.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management, cost control, and revenue generation, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English: Strong language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across the Americas region.
