Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate resources based on role requirements, considering individual preferences and career development goals.
  • Set expectations on resource availability with stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth transitions for consultants between customer engagements.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and close opportunities.
  • Update and maintain data in scheduling systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Distribute reports as needed.
  • Facilitate resource meetings and document discussions.
  • Monitor and report on historical, current, and forecasted utilization, chargeability, and availability.
  • Review and reconcile gaps between forecasted resourcing and actual timesheets tracked with stakeholders.
  • Enhance scheduling systems and processes with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project inductions and post-engagement reviews.
Requirements
  • Facilitate stakeholder needs while maintaining a balance.
  • Success working in dynamic environments is essential.
  • Willingness to help where needed, even in non-related areas.
  • Knowledge of MS technologies and previous experience are beneficial.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS office products is required.
  • Goal-oriented, urgent, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
  • Organized, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Independent, persistent, and decisive.
  • Great interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  • Project Management knowledge is necessary.
  • Prior experience in Consulting, Recruiting or Human Resources is advantageous.
