Job Opportunity

The Customer Success Manager role involves developing relationships with assigned accounts to promote retention, adoption, and loyalty with software solutions. They will gather account intelligence, orchestrate capabilities across teams, and ensure customers receive maximum business value from their investment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer adoption and success with software solutions.
  • Build a relationship with the customer as a Trusted Advisor and hold regular business reviews to ensure alignment.
  • Promote collaboration between teams to build, share, and execute a strategic plan.
  • Support customer feedback activities and execute closed-loop mechanisms.
Key Activities:
  • Deliver personalized onboarding for new products.
  • Document the customer's environment, business requirements, and competitive landscape.
  • Deliver activities to drive Return on Investment.
  • Facilitate education needs and deliver value program activities.
Required Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or IT-related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in the IT industry with a deep understanding of how customers use IT to deliver business value/outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to navigate across the organization to solve problems.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, presentation, and public speaking skills.
