We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintaining high-quality customer service standards to meet internal and external client expectations.
- Providing proactive advice and consultancy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Qualifying and entering customer orders into operational systems.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Oncboarding new customers by integrating their requirements into operational systems.
- Maintaining accurate customer data within operational systems.
- Developing and maintaining operative customer relationships with sales teams.
- Preparing and reviewing reports to track customer satisfaction and trends.
- Collaborating with overseas teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers related to quotations, sea logistics, and cargo pickup/delivery.
- Monitoring customer indicators and developing action plans to improve customer experience.
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also adhere to company policies, procedures, and values regarding health and safety, quality, environment, and security of the logistics chain.
