Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in our Global Network Infrastructure Engineering Department, where you will provide leadership to a cross-functional team. Your primary responsibilities will include planning the integration and implementation of new technologies while guiding multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Quality Assurance testing on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service, along with CPQ (Expedite Commerce) and Logistics (Rootstock) managed packages and API integrations.
  • Develop test cases, execute functional and regression tests, and meticulously document results.
  • Collaborate with cross-application teams to enhance the end-to-end Agile process from grooming through deployment.
  • Analyze and replicate defects during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Proactively identify quality risks and assist in removing obstacles to ensure timely releases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance QA processes across all Salesforce functions and related products.
  • Continuously refine testing processes, tools, and documentation to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Extend successful processes and tools to other business applications as necessary.
  • Provide constructive feedback during retrospectives.

Required Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Testing.
  • Strong aptitude for identifying system vulnerabilities during testing and uncovering software defects.
  • Familiarity with SDLC/STLC, Scrum, or Agile methodologies, along with GIT source control and DevOps pipeline implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Interest in developing skills in back-office applications.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to independently solve problems while knowing when to seek guidance.
  • A solid understanding of business applications such as CRM, ERP, Billing, and Operational Support Systems.

Preferred Experience & Education

  • Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and SDLC best practices.
  • Background in the SaaS industry.
  • Participation in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins and Selenium test automation tools.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced, high-energy, and high-tech environment.

  • Prior experience with additional business applications such as Finance/HR ERP (Workday), Integrations/RPA (MuleSoft), and Operational Support Systems (Remedy).
