Overview

Transaction Network Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst to enhance our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive Quality Assurance testing on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service, alongside CPQ (Expedite Commerce) and Logistics (Rootstock) managed packages and API integrations.
  • Developing test cases, executing functional and regression tests, and meticulously documenting outcomes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the end-to-end Agile process from grooming to deployment.
  • Analyzing and reproducing defects during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identifying potential quality risks proactively and assisting in the removal of obstacles to ensure timely releases.
  • Working with various teams to refine and elevate QA processes across all Salesforce-related functions.
  • Continuously improving testing methodologies, tools, and documentation to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Extending successful QA processes and tools to other business applications as necessary.
  • Providing constructive feedback during retrospectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Testing.
  • A strong aptitude for identifying system vulnerabilities and software bugs, with the ability to think critically about edge-case scenarios.
  • Familiarity with SDLC/STLC, Scrum, or Agile methodologies, along with experience in GIT source control and DevOps pipeline implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
  • A keen interest in developing skills in back-office applications.
  • A proven track record of working collaboratively with stakeholders and team members.
  • The ability to solve problems independently while knowing when to seek assistance.
  • A solid understanding of business applications such as CRM, ERP, Billing, and Operational Support Systems.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with the following experience will be favored:

  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and SDLC best practices.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Participation in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins and Selenium for test automation.
  • A passion for working in a dynamic, high-energy technology environment.
