
Regional Business Development Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our franchise operations in the Andina territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the franchise, including marketing, commercial, and financial aspects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bottler Operations or System knowledge, with experience in communications, influencing, negotiation, analytical thinking, problem solving, and financial knowledge. Additionally, they should possess broad expertise in marketing, process management, project management, risk management, and team building.
The role involves guiding and collaborating with the bottler in decision-making processes, acting with a high level of autonomy, and finding new ways to identify regional market opportunities. The successful candidate will also communicate effectively with internal and external parties, leveraging system competencies and guaranteeing efficient capability and resource optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees business results and alignment with the company
- Manages strategic, operational, and commercial projects involving the bottler
- Leads the implementation of the company's vision, with strong connections internally and externally
- Responsible for achieving business growth in the Andina territory, by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within multi channels and the KO System
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience within the KO System or within the industry
- Marketing and Commercial experience
- Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail (Modern, Traditional, and On-Premise channel)
- Portuguese is required
