The Account Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for the organization. This strategic position requires a deep understanding of the company's vision, products, and services.
- Develop and implement account plans to penetrate and expand the sales base.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers' needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Track industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to enhance offerings and market positioning.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
This role requires a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in account management or enterprise sales. Experience in software sales in the RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industry is also essential.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Account Management or Enterprise sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, have strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills, and be proficient with tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion.
