Are you a skilled sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity to drive growth and success in the industrial machinery sector?
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and develop strategies to meet sales targets and margins for injection molding machinery.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales objectives and optimize revenue streams.
- Organize sales activities, business development initiatives, and sales operations/administration.
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Deliver persuasive sales bids, proposals, and presentations that showcase our products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Supervise sales professionals and set performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and feedback.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree with a focus on engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience selling industrial equipment with a proven track record of success.
- 2+ years of experience leading industrial sales teams and driving team performance.
- Strong knowledge of plastic processing equipment and its applications.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally.
