The Role: Commercial Director

Our company is looking for a skilled Commercial Director to lead our business in Brazil.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive commercial success in Brazil, working closely with our Area Manager and Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share across all automotive sectors.
  • Lead and coach the local Sales team to achieve commercial objectives and develop successful long-term business partnerships with clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to provide operational leadership and support the achievement of company corporate objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
