Brazil Affiliate Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a seasoned commercial professional to manage our affiliate partnerships in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new entrants to the market and collaborate closely with the Business Development team to onboard them
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners
  • Negotiate and optimize commercial terms, aligning with company strategy
  • Monthly customer reporting to highlight key trends & issues, leading to suggestions for revenue growth
  • Work closely with local stakeholders to optimize partner prioritization and uncover new revenue opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with regulation, compliance, and market trends
  • Develop and implement pricing and pipeline strategies for Better Collective's Brazilian assets, in conjunction with Commercial Team Lead
  • Deliver quarterly business performance reports to partners, identifying optimization opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
  • Has relevant commercial/marketing experience - ideally in iGaming
  • Digital marketing knowledge - ideally Affiliate
  • A solid understanding of the iGaming industry
  • Has a proven track record with sales and relationship/account management
  • An understanding of different commercial models: CPA / CPL / CPM / Revenue Share
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a commercially strategic mindset
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Portuguese native language skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
