
Brazil Affiliate Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a seasoned commercial professional to manage our affiliate partnerships in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new entrants to the market and collaborate closely with the Business Development team to onboard them
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners
- Negotiate and optimize commercial terms, aligning with company strategy
- Monthly customer reporting to highlight key trends & issues, leading to suggestions for revenue growth
- Work closely with local stakeholders to optimize partner prioritization and uncover new revenue opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with regulation, compliance, and market trends
- Develop and implement pricing and pipeline strategies for Better Collective's Brazilian assets, in conjunction with Commercial Team Lead
- Deliver quarterly business performance reports to partners, identifying optimization opportunities
- Has relevant commercial/marketing experience - ideally in iGaming
- Digital marketing knowledge - ideally Affiliate
- A solid understanding of the iGaming industry
- Has a proven track record with sales and relationship/account management
- An understanding of different commercial models: CPA / CPL / CPM / Revenue Share
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a commercially strategic mindset
- Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure
- Portuguese native language skills
- Fluency in English is essential
