We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSales Manager to lead direct sales efforts across Brazil. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in thechemical, petrochemical and industrial markets , with a strong focus onstrategic customer engagement ,project development , andlong-term growth .
You will work closely withEPCs, OEMs, and end users , managing complex sales cycles and driving high-impact opportunities from prospecting to close. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape the future of our business in the region.
As a Sales Manager, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Developing and executing adirect sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Sao Paulo Region.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships withkey customers , including EPCs, OEMs, and end users.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities, includinglarge-scale projects .
- Leading complex sales cycles, including proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Providingmarket intelligence and competitive insights to refine commercial strategies.
- Representing the company atindustry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
- Ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded while maintainingstrong customer satisfaction andlong-term partnerships .
Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- HaveB2B sales experience in the relevant markets. Experience with industrial valves, control or instrumentation is a plus.
- Demonstrate atrack record of success in developing and managing direct sales strategies.
- Possess strongcommercial acumen , with the ability to analyze markets and design effective business strategies.
- Exhibit excellentrelationship-building and negotiation skills in complex sales environments.
- Be comfortable managing multiple priorities in aglobal matrix organization .
- Have ahands-on leadership style with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Befluent in English and Portuguese speaker .
- Be willing to travel up to30–40% of the time within Brazil and occasionally internationally.
