MicroStrategy Incorporated seeks an experienced Renewal Solutions Manager to join our team in São Paulo. This role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth renewal process, partnering with various teams, and developing negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage subscription and contract renewal timelines.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing teams to align on account strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team on contract negotiations and agreements.
  • Handle all stages of the renewal process, including creating quotes, negotiating terms, processing approvals, and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts to support company revenue planning.
Requirements:
  • Up to 5 years of experience in Customer Renewals, Customer Success, or a similar role within the software industry.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong customer advocacy and client-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven experience in collections and negotiation processes.
About the Role:

This is a hybrid position, requiring in-person meetings with clients and office days. The recruitment process includes online assessments. Availability to travel is necessary.

Estimated Salary:

R$180,000 - R$220,000 per year, depending on experience.
