Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to provide technical support to our global client base 24/7 across various products.

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and work to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.

The successful candidate will have a high technical skillset to resolve incidents and service requests efficiently, while also escalating tickets to wider teams when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support for various products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Utilize internal ITSM tools to manage new and existing tickets in line with ITIL framework methodologies.
  • Work in accordance with SLA targets.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to infrastructure/development teams.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth client transitions after upgrades or onboarding.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Assist in resolving problems caused by high-severity incidents.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for junior Technical Engineers.
  • Deliver technical training to junior engineers.
  • Review and document technical procedure guidance related to technical support.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as a technical representative.
