Sales Representative

Are you a people person with a passion for sales and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with passengers? We're seeking a Sales Agent to join our team at Turkish Airlines, where you'll play a crucial role in providing outstanding passenger services and creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales, Information, and Passenger Operations services with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Calculate fares, arrange routes based on passenger requests, provide schedule and fare information, and ensure seamless coordination throughout the passenger journey.
- Issue tickets for both domestic and international flights, handle processes such as Endorsement, Rerouting, and the return of tickets.
- Report and register operational income, cost, financing, and financial statistical information in relevant IT systems like SAP, ERP, and DOP.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Permanent residence permit in the respective country.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
- Excellent command of English and proficiency in local language(s).
- Availability to work in shifts, including overnight shifts.
- Ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge and experience with a major Computer Reservations System (Troya or Quickres experience is a plus).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated a sense of responsibility and the ability to make accurate and effective decisions.
