Strategic Product Leader

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product strategy and drive business growth.
- 4+ years industry experience as a product manager or product owner in an agile organization.
- Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Outcome-focused product mindset.
- Familiarity with working with OKRs.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
About the Role:
- Drive the strategic direction of your product, ensuring value is delivered to the business and our customers.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate closely with them.
- Study customer and stakeholder needs, translate them into problem statements and opportunities, define product and sprint goals to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work closely with a team of engineers and Salesforce specialists to implement solutions for customer success workflows.
- Explore new ways of improving existing services, products, and processes.
