About the Project
  • Design and implement scalable GenAI infrastructure with a focus on distributed training and inference optimization.
  • Develop production-grade code using modern software engineering practices (SWE, SOLID, design patterns).
  • Collaborate with research and engineering teams to productionize GenAI solutions using retrieval and agent-based approaches.
  • Drive product and project planning for AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of experience working in Python development and software engineering (SWE/SOLID principles), including real-world experience designing, implementing, and optimizing microservices and working hands-on with relational and NoSQL databases in production environments.
  • 3+ Years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML systems in production environments.
  • 2+ Years of experience working with GenAI frameworks and techniques, including retrieval-based and agent-based approaches.
  • 1+ Years of experience in project management for AI initiatives.
