Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Supervisor to oversee the volunteer Mountain Host program in Winter at Mt. Bachelor.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to provide initial and ongoing coaching, encouragement, and training to approximately 100+ volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the selection, training, and management of Mountain Host volunteers ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate information.
  • Set goals and standards for the Mountain Host Program and audit routinely to ensure they are being met.
  • Ensure volunteers' knowledge of mountain operations, events, and activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
  • Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of Guest Service Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Superior verbal/written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to ski/ride at an Intermediate level and tolerate cold, snowy, windy, and rainy conditions.
