Backend Engineering Opportunity

As a seasoned Backend Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and building scalable backend services in .NET Core (C#). You will also be expected to develop and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing REST APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
  • Implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Ensuring HIPAA compliance and following best practices in security (encryption, access control, auditing).
  • Collaborating with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
  • Optimizing relational database performance (PostgreSQL/SQL Server).

You will have the opportunity to work on containerized deployments with Docker/Kubernetes (ECS/EKS) and contribute to AI/ML workflows as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, and distributed backend systems.
  • Proven ability to design and build REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway).
  • Knowledge of security practices and compliance frameworks (HIPAA preferred).
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or SQL Server).
  • Proficiency with CI/CD, testing, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
It Is An Asset If You Have
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7).
  • Exposure to AI/ML pipeline integration.
  • Experience working in startup or small-team environments.
