We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our Professional Services team in LATAM, specializing in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) solutions.

This role requires a strong technical foundation and leadership capabilities to support complex client engagements across cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Professional Services consultants who excel in their roles.

• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement that drives success.

• Drive performance management, career development, and skills enhancement initiatives that meet business needs.

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Oversee the successful delivery of FCC projects, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Act as a senior technical advisor in client discussions, particularly around cloud architecture and on-premise deployments.

• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and proposal development that meets client expectations.

Technical Expertise

• Maintain deep knowledge of FCC solutions, including AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening.

• Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for complex technical implementations that require expert-level skills.

• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in cloud and compliance that impact business operations.

Operational Excellence

• Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for Professional Services delivery that exceed client expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and client success that meets business objectives.

• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency that benefits the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field that demonstrates expertise.

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role that showcases leadership skills.

• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure that supports complex implementations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills that drive results.

• Certifications in cloud platforms that validate expertise.

• Experience working in a global matrix organization that requires adaptability.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools that streamline processes.

• Willingness to travel across LATAM (up to 15%) that supports business needs.

• Fluency in English and Spanish that facilitates communication.
