Job Title: Equities Trading Support Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and team-oriented professional to support our equities derivatives trading desk.

  • Ensure accurate and timely settlement of equity trades in accordance with market regulations and internal policies.
  • Reconcile trade discrepancies and resolve settlement issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with front office, back office, and external counterparties to ensure smooth trade processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in a middle office or operations role within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
