We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Trading Support team, catering to the immediate needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time support via phone, chat, and email
  • Conduct on-site customer visits for product training and support in Mexico and South America
Required Skills and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in equities trading operations or significant internship experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business-related degree with exposure to Information Systems
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
  • Strong customer service ability
