Community Center Associate

The Community Center Associate is a critical role that involves managing the day-to-day operations of our workspace center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth experience for our members.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage membership services, including answering queries, resolving issues, and providing support
  • Coordinate events and activities to foster a sense of community among members
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and equipment
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
A Typical Day at Our Workspace Center

As a Community Center Associate, your day will be filled with various tasks and interactions. Here's an example of what a typical day might look like:

You arrive early to prepare for the day, checking that all equipment is functioning properly and that the center is clean and tidy. As members begin to arrive, you greet them warmly and assist with any queries they may have. You might help a member with printing, answer questions about our services, or resolve any issues that arise.

Throughout the day, you will also have opportunities to connect with members, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. Whether it's helping a member set up their workspace, troubleshooting technical issues, or simply being a friendly face, you will be making a positive impact on our community.

  • A good communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Happy taking ownership of problems and finding creative solutions
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office and other basic IT equipment
  • Fluent in English, with a B1 or higher level of communication skills
