Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries and concerns;
- Work closely with key accounts to resolve issues and improve satisfaction;
- Track packages and KPIs, and complete related administrative tasks;
- Communicate corporate guidelines to customers and analyze ongoing trends/issues affecting customer satisfaction;
- Prepare internal and external reports as required;
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- Advanced English skills (preferred);
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- 1 year of experience in a service or customer service environment;
