Customer Liaison Representative

Position Overview:

The Customer Liaison Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners. They will communicate with property owners, relay information to internal teams, and ensure that all requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between homeowners and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication
  • Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed accordingly
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups to track progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills to effectively interact with property owners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
