Key Responsibilities:

  • Main liaison between homeowners and internal teams
  • Handle homeowner inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed promptly
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is an asset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
