About the RoleWe seek an accomplished Relationship Manager to serve as a primary point of contact, further enhancing customer experience and driving business success in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with global VIP clients across Brazil and LATAM, ensuring exceptional client acquisition and management.
- Develop and maintain rapport through regular communication, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
- Evaluate and enhance key customer service processes, establishing best practices for managing high-value clients.
- Analyze client behavior, identifying needs and preparing comprehensive analysis reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide tailored solutions, delivering optimal service experiences.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 4–7 years in sales and client services, preferably in international banking or finance.
- Client Portfolio: Experience working with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
- Trading Platforms Knowledge: Familiarity with trading platforms or exchanges is highly beneficial.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken), with working knowledge of English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
- Multitasking Abilities: Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining focus on multiple tasks.
