We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & Learning Manager to join our dynamic LATAM HR Team in Brazil, supporting regional talent efforts across Latin America.
This is a senior individual contributor role with strategic and operational impact across our region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Key Responsibilities (Talent Acquisition 65%):
- Owning and managing full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing to offer) for regional teams located in Brazil.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into smart hiring strategies.
- Driving employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Coordinating regional TA efforts aligned with our corporate talent strategy aiming to ensure robust TA management in all LATAM Subsidiaries.
- Learning & Talent Management (35%):
- Designing and deploying learning and development strategies across subsidiaries.
- Facilitating best practice sharing in talent development.
- Creating learning content and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Supporting key talent management initiatives for the region.
The successful candidate will also support various HR initiatives related to Talent Management and other tasks aligned with LATAM HR strategy and annual working plan.
