We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional HR expertise and a passion for driving business results through effective human capital management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to leaders and employees across departments, fostering a compliant and thriving culture.
- Lead payroll operations in accordance with labor laws and internal controls, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with Finance on tax, auditing, and payroll inquiries, maintaining open communication channels.
- Advise on HR policies, processes, and compliance, partnering with Legal when necessary to ensure alignment.
- Support talent decisions, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and compensation, driving growth and development.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and L&D to meet leadership and employee development needs, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations, upholding fairness and equity.
- Support integration activities for M&A and organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Contribute to HR projects, round tables, and reporting initiatives, driving strategic HR initiatives.
