We are a technology company operating in the sports betting and iGaming industry.
As a Contracts & Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in supporting sales teams, managing client relationships, ensuring efficient contract workflows, and supporting compliance operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and contractual agreements.
- Support Legal and Compliance departments with translations and communications related to contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Manage contract workflows with Sales teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Assist AML Manager with Know Your Customer (KYC), client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
- Support local Director with Corporate Governance and Secretarial duties, including coordinating with external advisors when required.
- Provide support on general corporate matters while liaising with Head Office, ensuring seamless communication and information exchange.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive mindset, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- IT proficiency, with experience in CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
