Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to lead the renewal process for existing customer contracts. The Renewal Account Manager will play a key role in this process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer success, channel partners, or renewal management. They will also possess fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, as well as proficiency in Salesforce (Lightning and CPQ) and tools such as Outreach, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Analysis: Analyze customer contracts and product selections to determine the best renewal path options.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with assigned customers, address inquiries and escalations, and communicate renewal offerings effectively.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with top partners, address inquiries, address escalations, and proactively identify potential roadblocks to renewals.
  • Revenue Optimization: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer contracts during the renewal journey; work with the sales team to drive revenue growth from existing customers.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine the renewal process to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred; or proven relevant experience.
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Channel Partners, or Renewal Management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (Lightning and CPQ) and tools such as Outreach, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
