Job Title: Strategic Bid Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and manage virtual bid teams across a matrix structure.
  • You will act as the main point of contact on bids, driving successful contract signature for new and renewal business opportunities related to strategic large and/or complex solutions.

About You:

  • You have commercial experience in similar roles with strong project management skills across multiple teams in multiple locations.
  • You have real proposal/Big Management, Sales Business Development or Account Management experience, including managing formal tenders (RFP/RFQ/RFIs) with aggressive response times.
  • You have experience in the aviation industry and information technology, preferably with relevant understanding of airport and/or airline operation.
  • You have knowledge/experience with contractual Terms and Conditions, bonding, risk management.
  • You have hands-on experience and verifiable experience in complex bids, proposals or projects - in purchasing and/or sales - including exposure to the vendor side.
  • You have experience in developing successful relationships at Senior Manager level.
  • You have fluency in English and Portuguese.
