Team Lead Position

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance on key metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate processes and ensure they are executed as per client contract requirements.
  • Conduct regular briefings to focus the team on quality and adherence to contract compliance processes.
  • Prepare notes from meetings and share them with the team to enhance collaboration.
  • Analyze performance data and present insights to the client at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and share updates and changes with the team.
  • Monitor quality parameters and conduct root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports for the manager to share with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage issues and ensure flawless project delivery.
  • Participate in discussions with the WFM team on forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Organize team-building activities to promote engagement and morale.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation to increase efficiency.
