Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team to achieve business targets and meet performance targets
  • Providing ongoing sales forecasting and ensuring data accuracy in CRM
  • Removing roadblocks and resolving challenges to support sales opportunities
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 4+ years proven work experience in sales
  • 1+ years leadership experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in BPO environment preferred

Tech skills:

  • Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Change Management skills
