Project Lead

Achieve success by leading cross-functional teams to drive project delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining project scope and ensuring team commitment to deliver value in a timely manner.
  • Frequently reviewing progress, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and issues with transparency.
  • Creating an environment that fosters autonomous, self-organizing, empowered, and continuously improving teams.
  • Developing and analyzing metrics to inform decision-making, identifying when new metrics are needed, and determining when existing ones are no longer useful.
  • Supporting high-performance teams and individuals in growth, challenging them to improve further, and helping them track progress while removing obstacles.
  • Actively seeking out waste and areas for improvement within each team.
  • Collaborating on release planning and coordination across engineering teams.
Global and Across-Tier Collaboration
  • Act as a facilitator to ensure global processes are adopted by teams.
  • Serve as connectors and communicators to ensure information is available to everyone.
As a Member of the Project Management Department
  • Contribute expertise, experience, and ideas to the department.
  • Embrace a proactive approach, involving continuous learning, experimentation, and exploration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in technology, preferably computer science or engineering degree, or equivalent level of demonstrated knowledge.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects, ensuring objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the capacity to handle competing demands.
  • Expertise in Agile/Lean principles and practices.
  • Proactivity, enthusiasm for learning, and willingness to confront new challenges.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Availability to work from the office 5 days a week.
