  • Main Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth support for global applications, leveraging extensive knowledge of the application ecosystem.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure prompt escalation of critical incidents and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to optimize daily operations and enhance overall productivity.
  • Foster a culture of efficiency by adopting best practices and minimizing repetition in problem-solving.
  • Key Tasks
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and streamline design processes.
  • Enhance existing systems to incorporate new functionality and improve performance.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide expert production support by identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Interface with various business groups, including Product Control, Finance, Market Risk, Front-office, and Middle-office users.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
  • Familiarity with applications and infrastructure in large-scale technology environments.
  • Strong analytical, client-oriented, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and uncertainty.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Git, Unix, Linux, Java, AWS, CloudWatch, and Datadog.
