Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Category Management team as an Operations Associate.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in project management and coordination across multiple functions, with analytical and project tracking skills using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel). The role requires proactive communication skills and full English language proficiency, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing relationships with vendors and internal partners, onboarding new vendors, problem-solving across multiple functions, defining vendor success metrics, and creating status reports on issue resolution and timing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritize, track, and resolve category issues across Merchandising, Inventory Operations, Fulfillment, Finance, and other internal teams.
  • Manage vendor partner operations - getting merchandising information from the vendor, triaging issues, and ensuring everyone has the information needed for a successful partnership.
  • Define success metrics for vendor performance alongside Category Management (and other teams) and track performance.
  • Create status reports on issue resolution and timing.
  • Prioritize work and drive alignment between Category Management and partner teams.

About You:

  • 1-3 years professional experience with project management and coordination across multiple functions.
  • Analytical and project tracking skills with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
  • Proactive communication skills and full English language proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Retail, E-Commerce, or other industries with physical inventory.
  • Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools.
