PepsiCo is a leading beverage and food company with a portfolio of iconic brands.
We seek an experienced professional to lead our Trade Mkt Shopper Insights team, driving growth through strategic insights and category management.
This role involves defining strategies and actions based on shopper behavior and consumption habits. It also includes developing short, mid, and long-term plans to enhance customer shopper agenda.
Responsibilities:- Lead trade market shopper insights team, driving PBF Net Sales growth through strategic insights and category management
- Support team development, playing an important leadership role
- Lead relationship and alignment with key stakeholders: customers, sales team, trade Mkt, and Latam team
- Develop short, mid, and long-term plans to enhance customer shopper agenda
- Maintain shopper intelligence across channels, behaviors, and projections
- Ensure category advisorships, including assortment, space strategy, space optimization, and planograms
- Lead insights-based planning and strategy internally and externally, leveraging data and analytical products
- Implement AOP, JBP, and WCCE plans, reaching number of customers target with category management
- Guarantee alignment with Latam team in strategic frameworks, considering local needs and prioritizing shopper and/or channel studies
- Generate new category management methodologies, exploring expanding new sales channels and influencing PBF customers
- 5+ years of sales strategy, trade MKT, sales execution, commercial planning, and/or sales capabilities experience
- Strategic thinking and short-long term vision
- Strong ability to develop and sustain successful networks across a complex matrixial organization
- Considerable knowledge of the sales organization structure and non-written operating laws
- Ability to adapt communication styles across different audiences
- Organization and planning skills
- Analytical skills & Strategic mindset
- Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus but not required
