At TikTok, we're looking for a skilled Workplace Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Administration Department, you'll play a crucial role in developing an exceptional workplace experience across our regional offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop vendor teams that support workplace services for one or more locations.
  • Oversee and manage the workspace services, including reporting maintenance needs, ticketing system, operational improvements, and office services.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace space utilization, experience, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Manage, analyze, and optimize investments/savings through office services, cost control, and expense tracking.
  • Implement and enhance sustainability initiatives within the workplace in accordance with company CSR targets and direction.
  • Manage office services technology and initiate further efficiencies to optimize services.
  • Organize and enhance company events, meetings, and programs.
  • Apply a user and business-first mentality by creating a welcoming, unique environment focusing on the user and customer experience to enhance business and team productivity through efficient and result-driven stakeholder management.
  • Research, analyze data, and propose insights, improvements, and analysis through reports, simplified visual representations, and other quantitative and qualitative means to drive data-driven results and proposals.
  • Lead and support full-cycle small and large-scale projects with project governance, tracking, reporting, management, and execution to deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of workplace experience at fast-paced growing companies.
  • Holistic workplace, office management, community, events, and facilities experience.
  • People management of internal/external suppliers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (oral and written) in Portuguese and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to travel across the AMS region up to 40%.
  • Excellent judgment, decision-making, and influencing skills, particularly in complex situations.
  • Strong team leadership, development, business partner, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Innovative and solution-focused. Identifies business opportunities that enhance productivity and overall operations.
