**Job Summary:**

As a key member of the TikTok team, we are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Services Manager to lead the development of an exceptional workplace experience across regional offices. This role will drive strategy, performance, and productivity while overseeing essential services and company culture.

**Job Description:**

The Administration Department plays a critical role in creating a unique and user-centric workplace journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing vendor teams that support workplace services for one or more locations. They will oversee and manage the workspace services, including reporting maintenance needs, ticketing systems, operational improvements, and office services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and develop vendor teams that support workplace services for one or more locations.
  • Oversee and manage the workspace services, including reporting maintenance needs, ticketing systems, operational improvements, and office services.
  • Oversee vendor and supplier teams, KPI performance, contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance reviews to optimize workplace services.
  • Ensure regional offices have required supplies, inventory, and stock, including company-level displays and signage.
  • Support events, community activities, and actions that support the workplace experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace space utilization, experience, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Manage, analyze, and optimize investments/savings through office services, cost control, and expense tracking.
  • Collaborate and support other teams to provide a great workplace experience.
  • Implement and enhance sustainability initiatives within the workplace in accordance with company CSR targets and direction.
  • Manage office services technology and initiate further efficiencies to optimize services.
  • Organize and enhance company events, meetings, and programs.
  • Apply a user and business-first mentality to create a welcoming, unique environment focusing on the user and customer experience.
  • Research, analyze data, and propose insights, improvements, and analysis to drive data-driven results and proposals.
  • Lead and support full-cycle small and large-scale projects with project governance, tracking, reporting, management, and execution to deadlines.
  • Contribute, innovate, improve, and implement workplace solutions, ideas, and programs that benefit employee productivity and company growth at a regional and global level.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of workplace experience at fast-paced growing companies.
  • Holistic workplace, office management, community, events, and facilities experience.
  • People management of internal/external suppliers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in Portuguese and English.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Ability to travel across the AMS region up to 40%.
  • Excellent judgment, decision-making, and influencing skills, particularly in complex situations.
  • Strong team leadership, development, business partner, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Innovative and solution-focused, identifying business opportunities that enhance productivity and overall operations.
