  • Plan and manage logistics, receiving, shipping, inventory control, product storage and distribution with customers to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction.">
  • Prepare and implement operational planning for the business unit through management of multidisciplinary teams.">
  • Promote business sustainability in the medium and long term and in line with corporate guidelines in terms of results and innovation.">
  • Coordinate and supervise all processes related to Logistics, Maintenance and Purchasing/Procurement.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Prepare monthly maps and various demonstration tables on the performance of the area for control and appreciation of the superior and demonstrations at results meetings.">
  • Responsible for Inventory Management including organization of the annual physical inventory of the stock of products.">
  • Ensure the safety and security of the operation, observing the correct use of PPE, equipment and tools used by employees.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in logistics operations.">
  • At least 2 years of proven experience leading and managing teams.">
  • Skilled in fostering cross-functional relationships and driving continuous improvement and innovation.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).">
  • Experience with integrated business management systems (ERP) is a plus.">
  • Strong customer service orientation with a solution-driven mindset.">
  • Confident decision-maker with a critical, analytical approach to challenges.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Adept at planning, prioritizing, and monitoring tasks effectively.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.">
  • Fluent in English.">
