Key Role in Partner Support

The Channel Partner Support Representative is a pivotal position within our organization. This role entails providing centralized support to our partner community and sales team. It involves handling inquiries, offering training and access to program tools, and managing outbound calls as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to our PartnerConnect program, including its benefits and administration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to direct and resolve non-program related inquiries.
  • Proactively engage partners to ensure annual compliance completion.
  • Work with partners on onboarding and offboarding processes, including understanding our PartnerConnect program.
  • Assist partners with tool access and navigation, deal registration administration, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Influence registration review and processing.
  • Set up and maintain partner administrator accounts, manage contact information, and troubleshoot login issues.
  • Resolve partner issues with tools and processes, escalating as necessary.
  • Process account merges and acquisitions, review and process company name and address changes, and perform account cleanup and deduplication.
  • Participate in system testing and report on ongoing program requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support and administration.
  • Essential skills include teamwork, action orientation, customer focus, problem-solving, time management, CRM/PRM knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
