Job Description

As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting client technology at customer locations. Your role involves desktop/laptop break/fix, re-imaging, troubleshooting, desk & mobile phone support, and Audio/Visual & physical conference room technologies.

This is an internal end user employee-facing role where maintaining relationships with internal users and executive staff is crucial. You will work independently and collaboratively with other IT teams to support deadlines.
