We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

  • Solve complex desktop and laptop problems, providing expert-level support for hardware and software issues.
  • Install, maintain, and optimize desktop and laptop environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot system performance issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and customer interactions.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on best practices and new technologies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support or related field
  • Expert-level knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
