Job Description:

NTT DATA is seeking a professional to join our team as a Senior Associate - Field Tech. This role involves handling tickets where first-level support was unable to resolve the issue remotely, resolving operational problems with applications installed on desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals, and installing, maintaining, and optimizing desktops and notebooks at client sites.

  • Handle all tickets where first-level support (Remote Support) was unable to resolve the issue remotely.
  • Resolve operational problems with applications installed on desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals.
  • Install, maintain, and optimize desktops and notebooks at client sites (Rollout).
  • Perform diagnostics and resolve equipment performance issues.
  • Carry out maintenance and repair services when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by advising clients on preventive maintenance and configurations that may affect equipment performance.
  • Instruct clients on system operation and maintenance.
  • Assist in developing technical documentation for problem resolution.
  • Follow established procedures, checklists, and scripts for support.
  • Adhere to internal norms and policies.
  • Support less experienced technicians in their activities.
  • Provide support to VIP users.
  • Apply specialized knowledge in hardware and software support technologies.
  • Understand how your work impacts results in your area.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and develop relationships to facilitate workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving abilities. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
