We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Desktop Support Specialist. This is a remote opportunity open to applicants authorized to work in Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have three or more years of directly related experience in dealing with end users and excellent PC and Microsoft 365 skills. Mac experience beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to end users.
  • Order, configure, deploy laptops and related equipment.
  • Effectively address and manage DTS support ticket queue.
  • Maintain and update Active Directory.
  • Work with HR to manage new employee onboarding and departure requirements.
Requirements:
  • College or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern computer operating systems including Windows 11.
  • Experience with workstation deployment technologies like Autopilot.
  • Active Directory and Azure AD expertise required.
  • Knowledge and experience with Intune.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills (English / Portuguese).

  • Excellent and proven communication (verbal and written) and consensus building skills.
  • Security awareness.
  • Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.
  • Ability to perform under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Must be detail-oriented with above-average organization, planning and administrative skills.
