We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive desktop support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems in a hybrid work environment.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users via remote desktop support and troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain and update system documentation to reflect current configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to implement effective solutions for complex technical challenges.
In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for someone who is able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. You will be required to have excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements- Intermediate level of English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in remote desktop support and troubleshooting techniques.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent in desktop support.
This is an entry-level full-time position that requires 5 days a week in a client or office in São Paulo, SP.
